Booking Form - Homeaway/VRBO

Thank you for choosing Villa Park Lane for your stay in Central Florida. Please complete the following form. The information you provide are for our records and will be used by our property manager to prepare the villa for your stay.
  • Please enter the name and age of each guest. If the guest is over 25 years old, placing ADULT in the box is sufficient.
  • Pool and spa heat is optional but recommended from October through March ($25 per day).

  • By placing my initials in this box, I hereby agree on behalf of all persons included in this booking, to accept and adhere to all terms and conditions set forth by the owners of Villa Park Lane, and confirm having fully read and understood said conditions, and agree to be fully bound by them.

Please Note:

  • Your $300 deposit has been charged to the credit card you provided Homeaway/VRBO.  Your balance will be due in full 60 days prior to your arrival and you will receive an invoice from Homeaway/VRBO 67 days prior to your arrival.
  • Homeaway/VRBO will also place a $300 hold on your credit card as a refundable damage deposit.  Your damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure pending notification from our property manager that the villa was left in satisfactory condition.
  • Pool spa heat are available at $25/day.  Just spa heat is $10/day.  When heated, the pool will be between 84 and 90 degrees (depending on ambient air temperature).  When heated, the spa can reach a temperature of 104 degrees.  If you are uncertain as to whether you will require pool heat, you may elect to wait until you arrive to decide.  If upon arrival, or any time during your stay you require pool and/or spa heat, we will send an invoice for the remaining days.  Once payment is received, our manager will switch on the heater.
  • If you require bed rails, high chair or pack & play crib, please note in the additional requests box.
  • If you require scheduling a delivery of items to the villa (scooter, stroller, groceries, medical equipment, etc.) please note in the additional requests box.
